As described. Open circuit voltage fluctuates between 3.5V and 3.6V, but it drops down to 3.3ish under small loads. For almost all uses this shouldn’t matter. I didn’t test it above 500mA, but it didn’t get at all warm under low loads

Пришло в нескольких слоях пупырки. Сделано качественно. Под нагрузкой напряжение сильно гуляет. От 3,1 до 2,8 вольт. Нагрузка до 1А. Наверное не в режиме работает, надо искать более мощные варианты для моей нагрузки. В целом к преобразователю вопросов нет, всё супер!!!
