С одной стороны - продавец не виноват, но с другой - товар плохой, технически - это брак. Проблема в том, что диаметр посадки в трубу меньше, чем диаметр той части, которая находится в трубе. В итоге часть в трубе сдавливается с двух сторон и получается нерабочий клапан.
